ANNE BRAMLEY is the Co-Founder, Host, and Executive Producer. Her first cookbook, Eat Feed Autumn Winter: 30 Ways to Celebrate When the Mercury Drops (Stewart, Tabori, and Chang) will be available October 2008. DANIEL FOSTER is the Co-Founder and Technical Producer as well as the composer for the music for all our shows. He is a Theater Studies professor at Duke, where he teaches courses on theater history, radio, media, opera, and performance. MIA LITTLEJOHN is the Director of Marketing as well as a Senior Correspondent for the Eat Feed Midwest series. She has helped grow Eat Feed’s audience and gain national media attention since she joined the team in August 2005. Pursuing a culinary degree at Kendall College in Chicago, Mia also works in Chicago's Public Schools with the Organic School Project. Mia's food writing has appeared in Chefs and Time Out Chicago. SANDY OLIVER is the Food History Producer for Eat Feed. She is the editor of Food History News, a newsletter dedicated to the historic foodways of North America and a website for food historians. ERIKA JANIK is a Senior Correspondent for Eat Feed Midwest. She is an editor and writer at the Wisconsin Historical Society in Madison and writes about local food for Madison's Isthmus newspaper. She is also secretary of the Culinary History Enthusiasts of Wisconsin, a board member of the Madison Area CSA Coalition, and an unabashed fan of food, farming, and folklore.
