Copyright © Ulrica Söderlind Glögg is a Swedish drink for a cold winter evening. 2-3 sticks of whole cinnamon Heat the spices and water to a boil and let it boil slowly under the lid for about 30 min. Let it cool over night and sive/filter out the spices. Add the wine (or jucie) to the filtered water and add sugar (ca 1 dl) and heat it up but do not let it boil. Serve the glögg hot with gingerbread ! Enjoy and cheers! |
